Teacher Profile |

Inner Awakening Yoga
is
a form of Hatha yoga based on the Kripalu linage and is open to all
levels. Class focuses primarily on the relationship with the
body/mind/spirit as you move from posture to posture. With equal
attention placed on postures and breathing we begin each class with
centering and warms ups and move through a full range of floor, standing,
balancing, and inverted poses. Several variations of each posture are
presented, and all are invited to choose their own level of physical
challenge and holding time, taking each posture to a place that best
serves them. We end each class with guided relaxation. |
